Our Kitchen Axe is a fun and enjoyable tool for food prep!
With a 3 ½” blade, it may not be as versatile as our chef knives, however it can still handle a variety of tasks with ease and brings a smile with every use.
The Kitchen Axe blade has an asymmetrical grind, typically called a “C Grind”, this aids food release from the blade. It is ground thin for slicing and dicing vegetables.
The handle is lovingly contoured to make for an extremely comfortable grip.
Everything you would want from a kitchen knife in the form of an Axe!

Steel or Brass pins and lanyard tube as standard - enquire for options.
Made to order with a right or left handed C Grind. If you would prefer a universal grind, that can be accommodated.
Comes in presentation and storage case.
