6" Santoku

£280.00

Inspired by the Japanese Santoku, this is our westernised take on a classic knife design with British stainless steel and full tang construction.

This knife is specifically designed for people who use what is commonly referred to as pinch grip/chef grip/blade grip (when you grip or pinch the blade with your thumb and index finger, leaving your spare three fingers to grip the handle).

It is extremely comfortable to hold in this manner and gives you great control over the blade. If you are familiar with the pinch grip or want to improve your knife skills by learning the pinch grip we thoroughly recommend this design. However, it is not recommended for those not fitting that description.

  • SF100 Stainless Steel (made in Sheffield)

  • Stabilised Acacia Burr, Resin & Aluminium Handle

  • Steel Mosaic Pins

  • Hardness: 60 HRC (±1.5)

  • Weight: 153g

  • Flat Grind

  • Wooden Presentation Box
